With an individual benchmark, you have the chance to benchmark your own approaches and your procedure in the respective topic area against numerous manufacturing companies. In most cases, over 150 companies have already taken part in our benchmarkings. With the help of success dimensions and an evaluation metric, all participants are divided into top performers and followers, which makes it possible for you to benchmark yourself not only against the industry average, but concretely with the companies that are pioneers in the respective area.
Following the individual benchmarking, we will be happy to support you with in-house workshops to define fields of action and measures based on your results and the best practices and success factors that we have learned in the course of the study.

You will receive an email with your evaluation within 14 days. In your evaluation, you will see how you are doing in relation to the study average in our seven success dimensions.
You will also receive a detailed evaluation of all questions with your positioning in relation to the top performers and followers of the study.
We visit you for a one-day workshop on site and discuss your benchmarking results with you, present best practices and success factors and derive concrete fields of action and measures for your company.
