In our in-house basic training courses, you have the opportunity to train a large number of your employees in the relevant basics of various topics related to complexity management. In the basic training courses, our trainers convey the most important theoretical principles, methodological approaches and many examples from application in industrial practice. The practical examples are based on our experience from consulting projects and the exchange within our community.

We conduct interviews with various company representatives and determine how your current approaches and procedures are lived. In comparison with our experience from many years of management consultancy and numerous training courses and assessments, we give you an assessment of your current approaches and show you potential for improvement and best practices from other companies. In addition, the assessment can be supported by data analyses of your sales or product data to identify further insights into potentials in the area of complexity and variant management.
