Product and portfolio management is facing numerous new challenges as a result of sustainability, the increasing dynamism of globally distributed sales markets and technological developments. In the past, the focus was increasingly on analyzing the existing diversity of variants in order to “clean up” them, but in recent years the need for end-to-end planning and management of the diversity of variants to be expected in the future has become increasingly important. The consideration of sustainability in the planning and management of the portfolio is playing an increasingly important role. Many companies have therefore recognized that it is necessary to establish systematic and sustainable product and portfolio management within the company.
The seminar takes place in a one-day event and is designed to show you the methodical and operational approach to sustainable product and portfolio design. To this end, we use presentations to convey the theoretical content to you and to deepen this in joint workshops.
