Event description

Companies are attempting to meet increasingly heterogeneous and individual customer requirements by increasing the variety of products they offer. In addition to the increasing functionality of products due to the increased integration of different technologies, this leads to highly complex product ranges. In order to successfully manage growing product complexity in companies in a customer-oriented manner, the Complexity Management Academy has developed an executive programme with the certificate course ‘Managing Product Complexity’, which answers individual questions about the sustainable and economical anchoring of complexity management in the corporate structure. The course is divided into modules on the basics and strategies of complexity management, mastering external (market-related) and internal (company-related) complexity, and the organisational anchoring of complexity management. The aim is to teach key skills for managers in development and sales areas.
