In the Complexity Management Academy, we focus on cooperation between experts and companies that face similar problems and challenges. We consider the continuous and targeted exchange in a strong network to be essential in order to master complexity in manufacturing companies and to be at the forefront of future-oriented topics. The Complexity Community is at the forefront of this. A network of experts we have built up that enables you to learn from the best.
As an industry partner, you have the opportunity to participate in a continuous exchange of knowledge. Which complexity management topics are important and how do other companies deal with them? The focus is on always providing you with the current state of knowledge on forward-looking topics and, moreover, learning from the best. Take advantage of this opportunity and expand your network - because together we can achieve more!
A focus group meets three times a year for its network meetings. Each of these meetings focuses on a different topic that is relevant in the context of the group. The key topics are agreed with all members of the focus group at the end of the previous year or at the beginning of the year. Each meeting lasts around 1.5 days and takes place either at our premises in Aachen or at a member company of the focus group. The meetings are prepared in terms of content and organisation by the Complexity Management Academy. In addition to presentations from our side, we invite experts from the industry to the meetings to provide additional input on the main topic. A meeting also includes plenty of room for discussion, interdisciplinary exchange and networking. This is made possible through interactive workshops, small group discussions or plenary discussions.
At the end of the year, we invite all member companies of our community to our annual conference and the subsequent Complexity Management Congress in Aachen. This provides an additional opportunity to network across focus groups.
Our focus groups are compiled according to topic or sector. By clicking on the respective focus group, you will receive further information on the content-related orientation. If you would like to become part of our focus groups, take a look at the membership opportunities.
