In the Complexity Management Academy, we rely on collaboration between experts and companies that face similar problems and challenges. We consider the continuous and targeted exchange in a strong network to be essential in order to master the complexity in manufacturing companies and to lead the way in forward-looking topics. First and foremost is the Complexity Community - an expert network created by us that allows you to learn from the best. But also for our Complexity Management Congress as well as our benchmarking studies, the extensive networking and the cooperation in a strong team has proven itself.
The approximately 50 members of our Complexity Community have been organized in focus groups, which are to be understood as working groups. The members of the focus groups meet on a regular basis and discuss problems and solutions to challenges in complexity management with the support of the expertise of the Complexity Management Academy.
At the annual Complexity Management Congress, we introduce our participants to future-oriented topics. Therfore, we invite top-class speakers to give hands-on case reports on their best practices. The topics are always up to date - what stays the same is that the congress is the ideal platform for exchange in a strong network.
The aim of our benchmarking studies is to benefit from successful and field-proven solutions and determine success factors. We want to identify the concepts, methods and practices of Successfull-Practice-Companies and learn from the best together with you.
